Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervises the DC Admin Officers/Specialists in VisMin Area on their respective job responsibilities to ensure meeting their target KRA's.

  2. Conducts regular site inspection and property audit on project development, progress and completion.

  3. Conducts Facilities and Housekeeping Audit and provides recommendation for correction and ensures that all assigned work locations are well kept.

  4. Checks the monthly supplies inventory report of the DCs being handled and monitors compliance of the supplies management policies.

  5. Monitors the quarterly and annual supplies consumption of the DCs being handled and prepares action plans to ensure within budget.

  6. In-charge in monitoring of projects and provides updates to the Admin Manager on a timely basis.

  7. Supervises proper disposal of assets following approved guidelines.

  8. Meets with the Security Agency Operations Manager/Supervisor to address security concerns, implementation of protocols and ensure compliance of agency's remittance of government mandated benefits.

  9. Monitors strict implementation of waste management protocols.

  10. Religiously checks the implementation of policies on security and disaster preparedness in coordination with local government units/agencies using checklist/audit tools.

  11. Checks the implementation of the monthly safety inspection and security facilities checklists.

  12. In-charge of monitoring the Service Management System (JIRA Software) of all DCs and ensures the timely delivery of requests.

  13. Facilitates processing of fleet card requests: new application, renewal, termination, change of limit/user

  14. Management of Non-Life Insurance Policies

a. Policy Renewal

b. Application of New Covers

c. Reporting of Monthly Stock Inventory Declaration (Distribution/Warehouse)

d. Monitoring of Insurance Claims

  1. Can be assigned to other DC's where needed and function as temporary Admin in case of untoward circumstances such as AWOL or medical/personal emergency.
