Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal/Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communications, organizing files, and ensuring the efficient flow of tasks and information. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence and documentation
- Support communication and coordination across teams and external contacts
- Track deliverables and follow through on assigned tasks
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentations as needed
- Monitor office supplies and handle procurement when necessary
- Perform general clerical duties to support daily operations
Qualifications:
- at least a Bachelor's degree in any related field
- at least 1 yr experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Pleasant personality, good with kids
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy
- Professionalism, discretion, and reliability
