Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stay-In Catering Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our catering business based in Quezon City. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about food service, logistics, and team coordination. The role requires on-site residence to ensure efficient management and availability for early preparations and late events when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily catering operations including food preparation, logistics, deliveries, and events.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, service personnel, and delivery teams to ensure productivity and high service standards.
  • Coordinate client bookings, customize menus, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage food costs effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and proper kitchen workflow.
  • Manage scheduling, training, and performance of catering team members.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Report directly to the head office regarding operations and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in catering management, hospitality, or food service operations (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to manage staff and coordinate logistics for multiple events.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to live on-site and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
