Sales Executive – Catering Department Chews

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed catering revenue targets.
- Actively hunt for new clients — visit play places for kids, schools, offices, and event venues; attend birthday fairs, wedding fairs, and community events.
- Build strong networks with event planners, venue owners, and community organizers.
- Follow up on leads, prepare tailored proposals, and close sales.
- Work closely with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure every event runs smoothly.
- Maintain great relationships with past clients to encourage repeat bookings.
- Stay ahead of catering trends and competitor offerings.
- Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in F&B or events.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
- Enjoys networking, meeting people, and attending events.
- Organized, self-driven, and results-focused.
- Knowledge of catering or event planning is a plus.
