
Admin & Marketing Support Assistant

Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and ready to play a key role in supporting business growth? We're looking for a versatile Administrative & Marketing Support Assistant who can seamlessly manage day-to-day operations while helping to strengthen our online presence and client relationships.
Job Highlights:
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm Eastern with 1-hour unpaid break
- Preference for timezone 3 hours ahead of US East Coast (Europe/Africa regions)
- Direct reporting relationship with founder/business owner
- The Initial period will involve more guidance and draft approval, transitioning to greater autonomy
- Opportunity for role expansion as business grows
- Potential for additional team members to be hired as business scales
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including next steps tracking, document preparation, and meeting outcomes
- Utilize AI tools (Otter, GPT) to create meeting summaries and generate content from recorded sessions
- Schedule and manage LinkedIn and Instagram posts to maintain consistent social media presence
- Respond to LinkedIn messages and comments in your voice and tone
- Minimal activity: Reach out to warm network connections (nearly 10,000 LinkedIn contacts in alcoholic beverage space) for business development and relationship maintenance
- Format and publish blog posts using existing content and AI-generated materials
- Manage Squarespace website updates and content publishing including internal linking
- Handle calendar management and scheduling coordination
- Support business development activities by managing follow-ups and client communications
- Work with AI tools and project folders to understand ongoing business initiatives
- Strong written communication skills with ability to write in someone else's voice and tone
- Comfort with AI tools and willingness to learn new technologies quickly
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) for business use
- Ability to learn Squarespace or similar website management platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to receive coaching and feedback while building independence over time
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
- Additional languages (French, German, Spanish) preferred but not required
