About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Admin & Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at ASJC BOOKS TRADING' in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will provide critical administrative and sales support to drive the success of our fast-paced organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing a wide range of administrative duties, including data entry, filing, answering phones, and coordinating schedules
  • Assisting with customer service tasks such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling payments
  • Supporting the sales team by conducting market research, preparing proposals, and following up on leads
  • Organising and maintaining inventory records and stock levels
  • Liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the client & sales administration industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and data entry
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
