Operations Manager

BIPV Philippines, the local branch of BIPV Korea, is looking for an operations manager to spearhead its growing team of technical and administrative staff in the Philippines. Profit sharing and travel incentives will be given to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day to day operations of the project team consisting of engineers, architects, sales/marketing and admin staff;
  • Attend to coordination meetings with regular and prospective clients, including company presentations;
  • Coordinate regularly with the factory team for the production and delivery of BIPV products;
  • Coordinate regularly with the Korean counterparts in terms of technical, marketing, production and importation of BIPV products;
  • Plan and monitor the implementation of projects; and
  • Prepare monthly reports for presentation to the top management.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be Architects, Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers or any related course.
  • With 5 to 10 years of work experience in the construction industry preferably with familiarity in building materials such as roofs, walls, glass and solar energy systems.
  • Must have similar experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Computer literate with good academic records and preferably active in various professional organizations.
  • ISO:9001 and Sustainability background will be an advantage.
