Position: Recruiter

Work Arrangement: REMOTE with once a month onsite work

Location: Ortigas

Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and placing qualified local candidates to meet client hiring needs. This role plays a key part in ensuring the agency consistently delivers high-quality talent, maintains strong client relationships, and meets recruitment targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, local events, and community partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of local talent for current and future client requirements.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns to passive and active job seekers.
  • Review resumes and job applications to assess qualifications and suitability.
  • Conduct initial interviews, assessments, and background checks as required.
  • Shortlist candidates based on client requirements and job specifications.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and submissions for client review.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
  • Guide candidates through the full recruitment process—from application to onboarding.
  • Provide feedback, updates, and coaching to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Work closely with account managers to understand client needs, job requirements, and timelines.
  • Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates for assigned roles.
  • Provide updates on recruitment progress and challenges to internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
  • Agency recruitment experience is a strong advantage.
  • Experience recruiting for volume roles or specialized niches is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (Ceipal), job boards, and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
