Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees within the department.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Train, coach, and mentor staff to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in line with company guidelines.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, productivity, and performance reports.
  • Support management in achieving operational goals and objectives.
  • Assist in scheduling shifts and managing workforce requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
