TRANSPORT COORDINATOR

Interested applicants may walk-in MONDAYS until FRIDAYS, 8:00am-3:00pm at Treasure Island Chemical Corporation located at 1530 ME Brgy Toclong, Kawit, Cavite (just in front of Toclong Baptist Church and Intown Hotel). Bring resume and ballpen, wear appropriate attire.

• Ensures complete, accurate and timely Delivery of stocks to customers (Local, Seafreight, Roro and Inbound) according to leadtime set on the Logistics Manual (Project Blue Book) or customer request.
• Facilitate the dispatching of trips in accordance to the Load Plan Provided
• Informs the 3PL Coordinator (for outsourced units) of scheduled booking.
• Communicates with FG Warehouse Supervisor-Outbound the transport plan to ensure finished goods are prepared for loading.
• Receives POD documents and sorts them according to trip clustering.
• Closely coordinates with FG Warehouse Supervisor-Outbound in the accomplishment of loading compliance to ensure trucks leave the warehouse on time.
• Updates Driver of adjusted call time, when necessary.
• Monitors the dwell time of each unit to prevent possible delay.
• Escalates to Transport and Distribution Supervisor issues during loading and dispatching and recommends solutions.
• Monitors the arrival of units based on call time to manage the Traffic flow in TIIC warehouse.
• Generates and issues manifest to Driver.
• Consolidates, sorts and forwards delivery documents to Dispatcher as basis for checking and loading of stocks.
• Monitors delivery status and consistently communicates with Driver and CSR for feedback.
• Regularly updates and sends end-to-end monitoring reports to intended recipients.
• Conducts problem solving on issues encountered on the day to day and recommends solutions
• Monitors the compliance of units to Safety Programs and Good Transportation Practices (GTP) and issue Trucker's Violation Ticket (TVT) for non-compliance.
• Conduct cascading, mini-learning, Stand-up meeting, refreshers to drivers and helpers from time to time -coaching leadman's JD
• Ensures POD Documents are complete and accurate prior to forwarding to CAD.
• Conduct initial investigation of discrepancies of deliveries and prepare necessary documents (RGRS, etc) and submit to CAD for proper disposal
• Facilitates the turn-over of stocks from delivery to concerned departments/personnel and ensure proper documentation is observed

Qualifications:

• Preferably a graduate of any 4 years college course (or Industrial Engineering or any engineering, business or supply chain related course)
• At least with 1 year supply chain experience
• Willing to work in Kawit, Cavite
