  4. Assist physicians during medical examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries.
  5. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient care, observations, and interventions.
  6. Monitor vital signs and promptly report significant changes in patient conditions.
  7. Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
  8. Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times.
  9. Participate in the admission, transfer, and discharge process of patients.
  10. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the assigned area, equipment, and supplies.
  11. Respond efficiently to medical emergencies and perform basic life support as needed.
  12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  13. Participate in training, seminars, and continuous professional development programs.
  14. Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Nurse Supervisor or Head Nurse.
