Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the withdrawal of company products (stocks) from assigned outlet bodegas to the selling area. Ensure proper product display and merchandising as directed by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cover all assigned outlets based on priorities and schedules set by the Key Accounts Supervisor/Manager.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and key store personnel for scheduled stock deliveries, ensuring proper receipt and handling.
  • Withdraw products from outlet bodegas and display them in the selling area.
  • Ensure competitive product displays and negotiate for extra space by identifying cross-merchandising opportunities.
  • Coordinate with store personnel to verify mandated pricing of accredited products.
  • Assist in implementing company in-store promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Report any competitive activities that may impact company sales.
  • Promote products to store customers.
  • Deploy Point-of-Purchase Materials (POPMs) as approved.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks in assigned stores and coordinate results with supervisors.
  • Submit required reports promptly to superiors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to train in Manila for a month (Expenses are provided by the company).
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a merchandiser in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, preferably in the personal care industry.
  • College degree in any course.
  • Strong skills in selling, probing, and personality development.
