Job Summary:

Drive sales, distribution, and collection goals for Regional Distributors through proactive coordination and route-rides.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate, and develop new distributor accounts.
  • Visit and support assigned distributors regularly.
  • Achieve sales and distribution targets by securing orders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience as a Distributor Account Coordinator or Salesman in FMCG.
  • Willing to train in Manila for a month.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiar with local territories.

Personality:

  • Sociable, on-the-go, and fieldwork-ready.
  • Strong communication and selling skills.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Additional Skills:

  • Local dialect proficiency and driving skills (optional).
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
