Job Title: Marketing Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, assist with content creation, and help strengthen our brand presence across various platforms. A key part of this role is managing multiple Facebook accounts, producing engaging content, and promoting both our featured products and our company mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Manage and maintain 4 Facebook accounts, including daily posting, engagement, and community interaction
  • Endorse and promote the Moriya Bath Set across social media and other marketing channels
  • Advocate and raise awareness for Zygo Philippines' Zero Cost Program through campaigns and online content
  • Create and edit content for social media, email, and promotional materials
  • Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance and analytics
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Support events, product launches, and promotional activities
  • Manage and update marketing databases, contact lists, and digital assets
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the marketing team
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Canva) is a plus
  • Experience in managing multiple social media accounts (Facebook required)
  • Ability to create persuasive content for product endorsements and program promotions
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative
  • Strong interest in digital trends, social media, and brand marketing
  • To qualify for this role, candidates must demonstrate their ability to generate results by selling at least 3 Moriya Bath Sets within a 48-hour assessment period. Successful completion of this requirement will serve as proof of marketing and sales capability.
