About the role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales and Support Associate to join our team at Supcart Ph' in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a fulltime Sales and Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales for our diverse range of products and services. What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound customer calls and queries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services
  • Process orders, payments, and returns in accordance with company policies
  • Provide post-sales support and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalise on cross-selling opportunities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct professional face-to-face meetings and presentations.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally when required for meetings or presentations.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
