About the role

This is a full-time Marketing Associate role at Integrated Innovation and Hospitality College. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in achieving the company's strategic objectives. What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for the company's website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials
  • Provide support in the development and maintenance of the company's marketing assets, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
  • Assist in the research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects
  • Provide administrative support, such as managing marketing budgets and maintaining marketing records

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • With experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the education or hospitality industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, content management systems, and graphic design tools
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
