MISSIONS:

  • To deliver sales result through the right RTM, distribution and promotional activities in the respective channels and territories for GroupeSEB Philippines.
  • To supervise/manage Sales Management activity : Distribution, Listing, New Customer Acquisitions, Distributor Management.
  • To manage the Trade Spend budget which include Rebates, Promotion Funds.
  • To coordinate the implementation of the Company strategy to deliver yearly Sales objectives.
  • To build local sales team organization to fit the objective of the company for the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and monitor Sales departments including Distribution, RTM, Distributor Management, Account Management activities for both Offline and Online Sales Channel.
  • Defining the right Route To Market to choose the right and profitable channel to particpate with Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) and Cookware (CW) products and choose to partner with Distributor or to go direct.
  • Determine the account plan on each account that we serve.
  • Drive the distribution of SDA and CW product at the right channel.
  • Manage the trade spend budget effectively to get distribution and visibility at the market place.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing/Trade Marketing.
  • Degree or higher in Sales or Marketing.
  • Perfectly familiar and at ease with sales activities which include Distributor Management, RTM management, Account Management.
  • Knowledge of distribution : Hyper, Department Stores (ideally Electronic Specialists), e-Commerce and Traditional trade
  • Perfectly familiar with retail landscape.
  • Interested in Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) and Cookware (CW) products
  • Able to communicate perfectly (speaking & writing) in English
  • Good computer skills
