Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Functions:
- Handling Routine Clerical Tasks:
 - Answering calls and routing correspondence
 - Managing office supplies and simple inventory tracking
 - Photocopying, scanning, and organizing internal documents
 - Filing and maintaining physical/digital documents
 - Data entry and system updates (e.g., employee records, contact information)
 - Scheduling meetings, preparing simple reports and memos
 - Calling Cards
 - Office Maintenance Coordination: Coordinating with building management or service providers for facility repairs, janitorial services, and upkeep; monitoring cleanliness and safety of the office; ensuring availability of utilities, equipment functionality, and work area readiness.
 - General Office and Departmental Support: Providing support to the other teams as needed, preparing meeting materials, coordinating schedules, and handling administrative coordination during events or activities.
 - Logistics Support
 - Prepare the gatepass documents based on DR and SI.
 - Ensure gatepasses are filed and organized for monthly review by the Accounting Officer.
 - Human Resources Support:
 - Maintaining and Organizing Personnel Records: Updating employee 201 files, ensuring proper documentation and filing of contracts, memos, and other records, both physically and electronically.
 - Responding to Employee Inquiries: Answering employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, leave credits, and administrative procedures, and redirecting complex concerns to appropriate officers or departments.
 
Qualifications (Required):
- A minimum of a vocational qualification, secretarial certification, or a degree in a related field.
 - Preferably with 1-2 years of related work experience
 - Strong organizational and time management skills
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Proficiency in Google workspace; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
 - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
 - Positive attitude and willingness to learn
 - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
 
Nice to Have:
- Internship or previous experience in an administrative or hr support role
 - Familiarity with HRIS systems
 
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
