Sales Admin Assistant

Job Summary:
The Admin Assistant - NetSuite will provide administrative and system support using Oracle NetSuite. This role involves daily encoding, monitoring, documentation, and coordination related to supply chain, sales, and inventory functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and familiar with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities:
NetSuite Support:
Encode and update records (e.g., purchase orders, sales orders, inventory logs, etc.) in NetSuite.
Monitor and maintain accurate data across modules (inventory, finance, and procurement)
Assist in generating reports and dashboards from the system.
Administrative Support:
Prepare and organize documents, files, and internal reports.
Assist in scheduling, communication, and documentation for inter-departmental coordination.
Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and transaction logs.
Inventory and Logistics Monitoring:
Coordinate with warehouse and logistic teams for stock movements and delivery updates.
Track inventory discrepancies and assist in reconciliation.
Coordination and Communication:
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for order processing and updates.
Support other departments with NetSuite-related concerns or data retrieval.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Can start ASAP.
