Admin Assistant

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and reliable Admin Assistant who can support daily operations and assist the Head Admin and CEO. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, fast-learning, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encode daily sales in multiple tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with logistics to monitor inventory reports and correct mismatches.
- Update sales journals for various branch locations.
- Communicate with mall admin offices regarding permits and operational needs.
- Assist with office administration and supply monitoring.
- Support branch and staff concerns.
- Prepare and submit mall work/pull-out/delivery permits.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Coordinate with prospect suppliers.
- Support CEO-related admin tasks when delegated.
- Handle other administrative-related concerns as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to learn and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Admin experience is an advantage but not required
