- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management or PMO roles, including leadership or senior-level responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong background in project governance, transformation, and financial management.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
- Skilled in tools such as Jira, Power BI, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
- Must be willing to go to the office 1-2x a month.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month
