We specialise in delivering innovative solutions across HR, branding, and digital transformation. As we expand our footprint in the Australian market, we're seeking a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant to support our B2B sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for senior sales executives
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines, trackers, and CRM records
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up communications
  • Research target industries, decision-makers, and competitor offerings
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, demos, and client onboarding tasks
  • Support lead nurturing campaigns and monitor engagement metrics
  • Provide weekly sales reports and performance insights

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or virtual assistance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently, manage time zones, and meet deadlines
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, or cold outreach tools is a plus
  • Prior experience supporting Australian or US clients preferred
