Responsible for the ordering of materials, supplies, and Medicines, and the follow through with vendors on shipment and delivery. Advises departments and employees as to appropriate choices of standard items to be purchased for the Company.

  • Responsible in maintaining and monitoring all the stocks of medicine in all branches.
  • Responsible in purchase all the medicine in all branches.
  • Maintain records of all purchase order and associate documents/requirements for all processes and maintain knowledge on all open order and managed all calls for purchasing and delivery schedule.
  • Inspect products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Manage all communication for purchase orders and with vendors and analyze all communication for same and resolve all purchase issues and coordinate with accounts payable department to process all invoices.
  • Performs related job duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Keen to details
  • Good in record keeping and documentation
  • Willing to work in Bagumbayan, Quezon City (Eastwood City)
  • Can start asap
