DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides financial analysis and strategic recommendations to top management
  • Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive sustainable growth
  • Advises on capital investments, mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructuring

Financial Operations

  • Oversees all finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, tax management, and treasury operations
  • Ensures accurate financial records and timely reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements

Leadership and Team Management

  • Manages the finance and accounting teams to enhance performance and productivity
  • Collaborates with department heads to align financial goals with business strategies

Risk Management

  • Identifies, assesses, and mitigates financial risks affecting the company
  • Ensures adherence to financial regulations and industry standards
