The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be fully responsible for the end-to-end operations of our luxury automotive brand in the Philippines. COO will lead strategic development, market operations, sales growth, and customer experience to establish the brand as a technology luxury choice in the country.


• Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the Philippine market.  Lead annual business planning and P&L management aligned with volume and profitability targets.


• Build a strong luxury brand presence across marketing, public relations, after-sales, and retail network.


• Responsible for a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics, including products, markets, competitive landscape, market share, market launch timing, and promotional strategies, etc.


• Achieve annual sales, revenue, and market share targets.


• Manage the nationwide dealer network.


• Drive retail excellence and customer journey optimization.


• Position the brand in the Philippines as a luxury benchmark comparable with Lexus, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz.


• Oversee national marketing strategy, launch events, experiential marketing, and digital presence.


• Ensure luxury-level brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.


• Ensure outstanding after-sales service and customer satisfaction aligned with luxury standards.


• Oversee service center operations, spare parts planning, and technical support strategies.


• Establish KPI and quality systems to ensure long-term customer loyalty


• Build, inspire, and lead a high-performance local team.


• Shape a performance-driven culture with strong execution and compliance.


• Work collaboratively with headquarters for reporting, product planning, and operational alignment.

Qualifications:


• Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry; luxury brand experience strongly preferred.


• Proven track record in executive leadership, business expansion, and commercial operations.


• Demonstrated success in sales growth, brand building, and customer experience management.


• Strong network and understanding of the Philippine automotive market.


• Experience in EV / new energy vehicles is an advantage.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills; strategic thinker with hands-on mentality.


• Proficiency in English required; Chinese is an advantage
