who can speak Chinese or Mandarin
, who can lead our financial operations and contribute to our long-term growth.

Role Overview

The
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
will oversee all financial functions of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, risk management, treasury, compliance, and investor relations. This role requires a strong business partner who can provide strategic insights, support executive decisions, and ensure financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, banking relationships, and capital structures.
  • Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead audit processes (internal and external) and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support business expansion initiatives, including partnerships, new projects, and international operations.
  • Manage the finance and accounting team, build capabilities, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive business performance and long-term profitability.

Qualifications

  • Chinese/Mandarin speaker is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/CPA is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum
    10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
    , including experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent.
  • Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
  • In-depth understanding of local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in
    online gaming, entertainment, tech, or related industries
    is an advantage.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
