Financial Accountant – Group Credit

We are looking for a
Financial Accountant – Group Credit
to join our dynamic finance team in Manila. This role will be instrumental in supporting the financial and operational requirements of our Group Credit business, which provides lending and investment solutions across a range of alternative asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the Group Credit business
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors
  • Partner with operational teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA qualification
  • At least 3 years' experience in financial accounting, preferably within financial services, lending, or investment industries
  • Financial control experience with
    IFRS technical knowledge
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-border teams
