The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all facilities management operations, services, and processes comply with organizational standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. This role oversees the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality management systems to drive continuous improvement in service delivery, safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with company and client standards.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments of facilities management operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, safety, and soft services.
  • Investigate and document non-conformities, incidents, and service lapses, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Provide training and guidance to staff and contractors on quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with facilities managers, engineers, and service providers to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Maintain records and prepare quality reports, audit findings, and performance reviews for management and clients.
  • Support risk management and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance programs.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, facilities management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of facilities operations (hard and soft services).
  • Experience in auditing, compliance monitoring, and risk management.

Pay: Php25, Php25,500.00 per month
