About the role

Exxel Prime International Trading Inc. is seeking a talented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in our South Caloocan, Metro Manila office. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to monitor and improve product quality
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues or non-conformances
  • Analyse quality data and provide detailed reports to management on quality trends and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance
  • Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality control measures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, safety and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
