About the role

In this fast-paced, operationally focused role, you will provide specialist support for BMD's digital communications, content and analytics. You will help deliver campaigns, content and digital assets across multiple channels, ensuring BMD's online presence is engaging, accurate and aligned with our brand and business priorities.

You will work closely with Communications Advisors within the Australian business to support campaigns, digital projects and corporate initiatives, while bringing creativity, technical skills and attention to detail to every piece of content.

You will:

  • Work full on-site, Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm PH time
  • Manage and maintain BMD websites, intranet content and CMS platforms.
  • Create, edit and schedule engaging digital content, including articles, videos, motion graphics and infographics.
  • Support social media planning, publishing, monitoring and reporting.
  • Produce data visualisations, dashboards and analytics to guide communication decisions.
  • Assist in email campaigns, newsletters and digital announcements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Organise and maintain digital assets including images, videos, templates and graphics.
  • Collaborate with onshore Advisors to ensure campaigns meet business objectives.
  • Research digital marketing trends and recommend improvements to tools, channels and content.
  • Support paid media campaigns through scheduling, reporting and monitoring.

  • Detail-oriented and quality-driven, able to deliver content on time.
  • Technically competent across digital platforms, CMS, analytics and design tools.
  • Curious and willing to learn emerging digital marketing tools and trends.

You have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills (English)

  • Experience in digital content creation, social media management, web/CMS platforms, video editing and infographics.
  • Experience working across multi-location or remote teams is an advantage.
