About the role
In this fast-paced, operationally focused role, you will provide specialist support for BMD's digital communications, content and analytics. You will help deliver campaigns, content and digital assets across multiple channels, ensuring BMD's online presence is engaging, accurate and aligned with our brand and business priorities.
You will work closely with Communications Advisors within the Australian business to support campaigns, digital projects and corporate initiatives, while bringing creativity, technical skills and attention to detail to every piece of content.
You will:
- Work full on-site, Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm PH time
- Coordinate event logistics including venue bookings, catering, transport and technology.
- Manage attendee lists, registrations and communications.
- Prepare event collateral such as agendas, name badges and run sheets.
- Research and liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure best value and quality.
- Support industry and sponsorship events, ensuring BMD's brand is represented professionally.
- Assist with post-event follow-up, reporting and insights collection to improve future events.
- Collaborate with onshore Advisors to align events with business priorities and communications campaigns.

You have:
Tertiary qualifications in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills (English)
- Experience coordinating corporate, industry, or sponsorship events.
- Strong administrative, logistical and project management skills.
- Experience working with multi-location or remote teams is an advantage.
- Competence in using digital tools to manage registrations, communications and reporting.
