· Maintain and update the IT asset inventory database regularly.

· Tag and label all IT equipment with asset numbers or barcodes.

· Track movements of IT assets (issuance, transfers, returns, disposals).

· Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.

· Assist in receiving and inspecting new IT equipment deliveries.

· Support the deployment, retrieval, and replacement of IT devices.

· Maintain documentation for software licenses and warranty records.

· Coordinate with IT Support for asset issuance and troubleshooting records.

· Generate reports on IT assets status, utilization, and depreciation.

· Follow company policies regarding asset management and data security.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,070.00 per month
