Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping and Data Entry: Maintain accurate financial records, enter transactions, and reconcile accounts.
  • Invoice Management: Acquire, process, and register customer and vendor invoices using accounting software.
  • Payroll Assistance: Help prepare and process employee payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Audit Support: Assist senior accountants and auditors during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and reports.
  • Financial Document Preparation: Generate financial statements, reports, and summaries for internal use or regulatory compliance.
  • Clerical Duties: Handle filing, answering phones, and organizing financial records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting systems like SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Time Management: Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
