Position: Accounting Officer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Accounting Officer is responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, payroll, and tax compliance. This role ensures accurate recording, reporting, and analysis of all financial data to support the smooth operation of the comapany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
  • Handle payroll processing, including computation of salaries, deductions, and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax).
  • Ensure timely filing and payment of all taxes and government contributions.
  • Monitor daily sales, expenses, and cash flow transactions.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies as needed.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
  • Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related field.
  • With experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and taxation is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Can work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
