Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels.
  • Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent service.
  • Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Schedule shifts and manage employee attendance.
  • Handle staff concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Ensure all guests receive prompt and exceptional service.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support in achieving sales targets and optimizing restaurant profitability.
  • Promote upselling strategies and monitor sales performance.
  • Assist in cash handling, POS system operations, and daily financial reports.
  • Enforce restaurant policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local health regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard restaurant assets.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate in any related course.
  • Prior experience in the restaurant industry (server, bartender, host, or other FOH/BOH roles).
  • Experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and sanitation.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems is an advantage.
  • Experience in Korean Restaurant is a plus but not required.
  • Willing to work in Quezon City
