Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Quezon City for the position of Assistant Manager- Finance & Commercials. The role involves managing financial operations, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring cost optimization, and streamlining financial processes. The Assistant Manager will also collaborate with different teams to align financial strategies and drive commercial success, contributing to the organization's growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory policies, and financial laws
  • Experience with cost optimization strategies and financial analysis
  • Abilities in team collaboration, process improvement, and stakeholder communication
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage
  • Relevant experience in financial and commercial management in a healthcare or related industry is a plus
