sales concession manager

Primary responsible for the over-all Concession Sales Performance of each Business Unit and operational requirements and performance of the each concession stores, such as stocks management, manpower requirements in coordination with HRD, brand performance, branch supplies, stockroom management, inventory, stock movement, planogram display, and all other concession process and procedures.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales concession, revenue and expense controls.
- Provide Sales Analysis and Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation and with merchandising for any product feedback.
- The ongoing training of your sales people.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any College degree course.
- With at least 2 years experience as Concession Manager or 3 years experience as Asst. Concession Manager or Supervisor. Has a good background in dealing with Concession Department Managers of top malls and other retail companies nationwide.
- Good computer skills such as MS Excel (pivot/vlook-up), Word, Powerpoint, Gsheets.
- Experience in infant products and toys industry is a plus factor.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sale team towards sales achievement.
