I POSITION OBJECTIVE

The HRD Asst. Manager will be responsible in leads the department in meeting the objectives and needs of the Human Resources Department, in line with the objectives set by the Operations Division Manager and Top Management in consideration of the welfare of the employees.

II DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Recruitment. Responsible in planning, assessing and analyzing manpower requirement compliance for recruitment in sourcing, scheduling, screening of applicants. Ensures compliance on structured interview, administration of examinations and checking of results before endorsing to the requesting department , account or area.

  2. Policy Formulation & Administration. Handles administrative functions. These include; but not limited to, implementation of office orderliness and employee compliance on the Company Policies. Provides recommendation and plans for systems improvement in developing the company policies and procedure. Policy implementation and labor procedures.

a. Formulates and reviews relevant policies and procedures for the company and provides clear guidelines for implementation.

b. Leads in meeting the division and top management's direction for employee welfare and work conditions.

  1. Records & Benefits. Responsible in ensuring employee records and benefits administration. Ensures requirements compliance and timely availment of benefits (mandated: SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth etc. and company provided: insurance, leaves, medicines etc.) to qualified employees. Ensures record safekeeping and CONFIDENTIALITY of documents and other pertinent information of the employees and the Company.

  2. Training & Development. Assists and provides full support to company training programs and activities, from conceptualization, preparation, actual activity and to its completion. Provides valuable support and assures that all aspects of the program and activities (such as materials, certificates, modules etc.) are ready and in good condition. Provides opportunity for the subordinates' growth and work improvement through coaching and mentoring.

  3. Labor & Employee Relations. Leads in ensuring aligned and up-to-date labor policies and standards of implementation of the company. Ensures and all company direction and employee conditions are within the bounds of the Labor Law.

  4. Basic Policy Implementation and Monitoring. Leads employee compliance and disciplinary measures in line with due process.

  5. Reports. Submits Monthly Accomplishment and Itinerary Report (every 5th working day of the month) and Weekly Goal Report (submitted every fist working day of the week).
