The Assistant Supervisor supports the Supervisor or Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality service. This role involves supervising staff, monitoring performance, assisting in training, and ensuring company policies and standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations and staff schedules.
  • Supervise and motivate team members to meet performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare reports and communicate updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate in any related course.
  • Prior experience in the restaurant industry (server, bartender, host, or other FOH/BOH roles).
  • Experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and sanitation.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems is an advantage.
  • Experience in Korean Restaurant is a plus but not required.
  • Willing to work in Quezon City
