JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: QA Coordinator

Employment type: Full-time (Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. & Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.)

Location: 89-91 Sgt. Emilio Rivera Street, Brgy. Pag-ibig sa Nayon, Quezon City

Salary: P18,070.00

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Total Safe Development Construction Inc. is a registered company with its primary purpose as a General Contractor (building of construction or parts/Civil Engineering) specifically engaged in: Project estimate, General Construction (foundation to finishing), Renovation, and Fit-out.

Reporting to:

QA Manager, General Manager, CEO/Management

JOB SUMMARY:

Quality Assurance Coordinators ensure that products, services, or processes meet established quality standards. They are responsible for monitoring and improving quality control procedures, conducting audits, and collaborating with teams to resolve quality issues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Updating of existing QA Manual

· Coordination of site and office concerns

· Consolidating, sorting, and filing of site, office, and company documents (e-file and hard copy)

· To serve as QA Coordinator between the site and the office

· Investigation of incident/irregularity at site/office

· Monthly Checking of the Department's Calendar of Activities

· To preside QA, Office, and GENCON Meeting

· Finished Project Back-Up Files

Ø Filing of E-File of As-Built Plans

Ø Copy of Email accounts of every finished project

Ø To issue the Pre-Mobilization and Post-Construction Checklists to all sites

· To serve as the Logistics Officer in coordination with the Inventory Officer

· Random audit on site in line with the monitoring of the Inventory

· To audit the work of the Inventory Officer to sync the data gathered

· Process application of PHILGEPS

· Renewal of PCAB annually

· Process application of Tax Clearance

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Graduate of any 4-year course

· Hands-on experience with MS Office

· Proficient typing and editing skills

· Data organization skills

· Experience in logistics/QA is preferred but not required

· Can work in a fast-paced environment and is willing to do field work

· Can start anytime
