We're looking for a QA / System Analyst to join our Data Team, which handles data and report requests across the business. This role ensures that the systems and reports our teams rely on are accurate, stable, and consistently performing at their best.

You'll help test data processes, verify system functions, and support the release of updates—making sure every report and feature works as intended.

Role:

  • Review and test data-related systems and reports to ensure accuracy and stability

  • Translate business requirements into clear system or reporting specifications

  • Log, track, and validate system or data defects

  • Coordinate with developers, IT, and business users to resolve issues

  • Maintain test scripts, documentation, and user guides

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum

  • Experience using JIRA or similar defect tracking tools

  • Familiar with SQL / OracleDB / MongoDB for simple data queries or validation

  • Good communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams

  • At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, System Analysis, or a related IT role

  • Experience with QA or testing tools is a plus

  • Exposure to data management or reporting systems preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
