Qualifications:

  • BS Architect (Licensed or Non-Licensed)
  • Background in construction and project management is a plus
  • Must be willing to be relocated in METRO MANILA
  • To supervise project in all sites (i.e. stations, container yards)
  • Willing to make non-residential projects (Gas Stations)

Duties:

  • Must work closely with a team of other professionals such as engineers, construction managers, and designers to discuss design ideas.
  • Contribute to and support Architectural/ Engineering Drawings
  • Help prepare designs, complete construction documents, building plans and assist in the presentation of materials.
  • Ensures all designs shall comply with the applicable requirements set by the company.
  • Licensed Architect is an advantage but not required
  • With good planning, organizing skills and multi-tasking abilities. Can also work under time & pressure.
  • Willing to work in Libis, Quezon City and visit sites located around Metro Manila and CALABARZON.
  • Other assigned task or duties by the supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
