About the role

INTERNATIONAL MARKETING GROUP' is seeking an exceptional Sr. Architect to join our team in our Makati City Metro Manila office. This is a full-time position and a fantastic opportunity for an experienced architect to take on a key in-house role, contributing to the strategic design and development of our company's facilities and infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and design innovative architectural solutions that align with the company's vision and brand
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of new construction or renovation projects
  • Ensure all architectural work adheres to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Manage and mentor a team of junior architects, providing guidance and support
  • Actively participate in the assessment of design proposals, feasibility studies, and cost estimates
  • Engage with external stakeholders, such as contractors and local authorities, to facilitate the approval and execution of projects
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices to inform innovative designs

What we're looking for

  • MUST be Licensed Architect
  • 4-8+ years of post-qualification experience as an architect, preferably with a focus on commercial or institutional design
  • Proven track record of successfully leading the design and delivery of complex architectural projects
  • Exceptional technical skills in computer-aided design (CAD) software, 3D modelling, and visualisation tools
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the local context
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of architects
  • Degree in Architecture or a related field
