Job Description

  • Visit, survey and coordinate with clients regarding project vision and requirements
  • Manage end-to-end of the design development stage, from concept to execution and basic cost estimation
  • Translate client vision to concept and design that satisfies project scope and budget
  • Provide concepts, design developments, production drawings and site coordination for landscape requirements
  • Manage and ensure that all drawings and calculations are accurate, complete, and can be executed on site
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a team to ensure project timeline and milestones are met
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
  • Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an architect or been in a similar role for at least
    three (3)
    years
  • Licensed Architect
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Skills in: design and planning, site analysis, creating technical specifications and cost estimation
  • Advanced skills in cost estimation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams
  • Proficient in architectural and rendering softwares i.e. autoCAD, Revit
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledgeable in modern architectural techniques and building materials
