Role Description

This is a
full-time
, on-site Junior Technical Architect position based in Quezon City. The role involves assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, creating in depth technical solutions, and contributing to project planning and execution. The Junior Technical Architect will collaborate closely with the team to ensure the feasibility, compliance, and functional efficiency of architectural designs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputable institute
  • Strong specification writing skills
  • Extensive practical and working knowledge of construction practices and regulations
  • Extensive practical and working knowledge of Construction detailing
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to project-specific requirements
  • Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking skills, with a track record of data-driven decision making
  • Determination to set and manage priorities to meet all deadlines
  • Strong coordination and organization skills
  • Proficiency with architectural design software and tools
  • Outstanding written, oral communication and comprehension skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Outstanding ability to on implementation of extensive design and construction details
  • Strong ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to understand and implement project intent
  • Prior experience in architectural or interior design projects and is an advantage

Minimum Qualification for Technical Intern

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputable institute
  • Strong Knowledge in Building Technology and Building Utilities
  • Knowledge of construction practices and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to project-specific requirements
  • Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking skills
  • Determination to set and manage priorities to meet all deadlines
  • Proficiency with architectural design software and tools
  • Outstanding written, oral communication and comprehension skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: Php16, Php25,000.00 per month
