Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Architect in various tasks on site and in the office
  • Create detailed construction drawings based on 3D Models and reference files
  • Create detailed 3D models based on project requirements
  • Render and visualize models and concepts in a realistic level
  • Oversee design progress thru documentation of progress and instructions
  • Assist the Senior Architect in producing Specification Sheets
  • Performance of as-built measurements and coordination with the Architect and other consultants
  • Relay site instructions from the Senior Management to the consultants.
  • Manage all important documents related to the design process.
  • Drafting works related to design, site instructions, shop drawings, and estimates

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Architecture.
  • Previous experience in design is preferred.
  • Willing to travel to various sites in some occassions (Manila, Makati, Pasay, Antipolo)
  • Strong ability to maintain an organized workflow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), AutoCAD, Lumion, and Sketchup.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Rhino is preferred but not required.

Note: Working hours are from Mondays to Saturdays, 9am to 6pm

Job Type: Full-time
