Architect (Full-Time)

One Seven Design Studio is looking for a full-time Architect with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will take part in all phases of architectural projects—from conceptual design to contract documentation and construction support. You'll collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, contributing both creatively and technically to each project's success.

We're looking for someone with a strong design sensibility, solid technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Role Responsibilities
  • Conduct research, data gathering, and analysis for project planning
  • Contribute design ideas and solutions aligned with professional standards and building codes
  • Assist in design development, presentation materials, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Support project delivery through collaboration with team members and coordination with external consultants
  • Participate in client meetings and address design-related queries and clarifications
  • Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in residential, institutional, or commercial projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and related software
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Licensed Architect preferred but not required
