About the Role
Drives organizational process optimization through people management, cross-functional implementation of process changes, documentation, training collaboration, and a culture of global continuous improvement, including change management and ISO initiatives
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
• People Management: Manages and mentors Process and Policy Specialists. Conducts calibration sessions across the organization to ensure consistency in evaluations
Technical Skills
• Process Evaluation: Identifies inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement within operational processes by conducting data analysis and engaging with stakeholders.
• Process Strategy: Formulates and implements strategies for designing new processes or refining existing ones to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and boost operational efficiency
• Documentation Management: Oversees the documentation of processes using various tools to ensure clarity, consistency, and ease of execution
• Implementation Oversight: Leads cross-functional teams in the successful implementation of process changes, providing guidance and assistance for seamless adoption.
• Training Collaboration: Collaborates with training teams to develop and deliver necessary content on updated processes, ensuring understanding and compliance across the organization.
• Continuous Enhancement: Monitors process performance indicators, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuous Improvement: Champions global best practices to ensure culture of continuous improvement is cascaded and applied in the organization; leads company wide initiatives such as ISO and equivalent programs
• Change Management: Manages change processes by addressing resistance, fostering engagement, and facilitating a smooth transition to new policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Education - graduate of any 4-year business course or related degree
• Experience - at least 3 years relevant experience in Policy writing and process management
• Leadership - at least 3 years experience in managing a team
• Certifications/licenses - Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management advantage but not a requirement
• Technical / functional skills: Policy writing/documentation, Process Mapping and streamlining
• Business skills: RCA, Communication & Influencing
