Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow company social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, Instagram) with brand-aligned content
  • Design and create marketing collaterals, graphics, and video content
  • Develop, update, and maintain company website, ensuring SEO optimization and brand consistency
  • Execute and optimize SEO strategies for website and content
  • Provide professional customer service and manage CRM/database (setup and maintenance)
  • Lead generation and market analysis to support business growth
  • Write and edit newsletter copy, scripts, and other marketing materials
  • Organize and track digital assets, ensuring efficient process creation and asset management
  • Support email marketing campaigns and content repurposing
  • Assist with personal and administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate using project management tools , ) and communication platforms (WhatsApp, Email, Zoom, Microsoft Outlook)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, others) and video editing
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, website development, and website management
  • Experience with Microsoft Suites, Google Workspace, and project management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize assets, and maintain brand alignment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (setup and management)
  • Agile, responsive, and professional approach to customer service
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Experience with email marketing and newsletter copywriting
  • Ability to support both specialized marketing tasks and general administrative duties
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must have own working asset (Computer - Atleast i5 processor and 8GB Ram; Webcam; Noise Cancelling Headset)
  • Must be amenable to working with time trackers (example: Time Doctor, Hubstaff, Clockify, Team Logger)
