Your primary focus will be conceptualizing, developing, and deploying creative campaigns across various digital channels. What You'll Be Doing

• Strategic Campaign Design: Lead the conceptualization and development of comprehensive marketing and advertising campaigns tailored to specific business goals and target audiences.
• Creative Asset Direction: Oversee the creation of compelling advertisements, focusing heavily on creative strategy, messaging, and visual appeal across all digital platforms.
• Ideation & Brainstorming Leadership: Actively initiate and lead brainstorming sessions, fostering a collaborative environment to generate fresh, innovative ideas and encouraging team members to contribute their best concepts.
• Digital Channel Strategy: Develop effective deployment strategies for campaigns across key digital channels (e.g., social media, search, display, video).
• Performance Analysis Support: Analyze and monitor campaign performance data, translating insights back into strategic adjustments and future creative concepts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key marketing contact, working closely with sales, design, and product teams to ensure messaging alignment and timely execution of initiatives.
• Market Insight: Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities, emerging trends, and areas where the brand can gain a competitive creative edge.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Experience: Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in marketing, advertising, or brand strategy, with a focus on digital campaign development.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related creative field).
